Youthfully enthusiasm couple with professional expertise that is how I would describe Grayson. At first, I was very hesitant due to Grayson’s younger age, as my real estate experience had previously only been with ‘mature’ and ‘seasoned’ agents of a similar age to myself. Grayson convinced me that he was as much as an expert as any of them, but to add to that he is hungrier and more enthusiastic then all of them. I took a shot and it paid off. Having bought and sold many times, my wife and I have had varying dealings with real estate agents. Coming across from the western suburbs we did not have a “house to sell” so naturally we were overlooked by most agents in the area. We recently sold our property in North Balwyn with Marshall White. At the start of the process we sought appraisals from three high profile agents. We immediately felt comfortable with the approach and knowledge of the Marshall White team and on this basis engaged them to handle the sale. Our initial confidence was well founded as we can honestly say that ALL aspects were handled in a most professional manner. Ross Stryker and Grayson Rayner both had a thorough knowledge of the market and recent activity / trends in the immediate geographic area and were honest and candid in their assessment and feedback. Having dealt with a number of different agents in the past it was great to be kept informed of all developments in a timely manner and be constantly kept "in the loop" - communication was second to none. For example, the attention to detail in the organisation and production of marketing materials made this usually time consuming exercise easy with thoughtful scheduling of photography, copywriting and floorplans, and prompt delivery of all proofs for sign-off . I can honestly say that the service and attention shown to us in respect to the planning and final sale of our property was excellent. The numerous calls and follow up discussions of where things were up to plus the on time house openings and attention given to prospective buyers was handled professionally. The advertising was also well spread and the photography of the property was excellent. Whilst the Market appeared to be slightly depressed, and possibly holding off until "the spring revival" may have given a higher selling price we were happy with the result and we are sure the incoming owners were also pleased. The follow up after the sale was finalised, was also appreciated. The attention to ensuring we were happy and contented was shown by all at Marshall White.
Selling our house was a very difficult decision and we were very nervous about what to expect, particularly as selling houses are said to be one of the most stressful life events.
